When did your interest in fashion and beauty begin?
I think I have always been in interested in fashion because even from a young age I would always take my time to plan and put together clothes to make sure I ‘looked good “and I enjoyed playing dress up, so I guess It all started from there.
When you launched your fashion blog, what was it like to take that leap and start your own blog?
When I launched my blog, sincerely it was daunting because I had no idea what I was doing neither did I know anything about how to build a website, all I knew was that I loved taking photos and pairing clothes together the rest just sort of took care of it self.
How have you developed your style?
I personally think my style developed from the different adversities I faced growing either because I was bulled for my uneven skin tone hence the reason I love to wear shorts or because I was considered to tall and skinny hence the reason why wearing high heels is a staple in my style.
What inspires your style?
As mentioned previously, adversities, my environment and other fashion enthusiast like myself.
If you had to start your wardrobe from scratch, what 5 things would you go and buy straight away?
A pair of denim, a white tee, a leather jacket or blazer, a watch and a pair of Louboutin’s
Who is your fashion icon?
Iman Mohamed Abdulmajid she is a woman I aspire to be like, an entrepreneur, a pioneer in my field and a philanthropist.
What are some of the latest fashion trends you love?
Currently I am loving the return of mini denim skirt and fish nets
What are some the latest fashion trends you can NOT stand?
Wearing corset on a shirt of tee shirt is something I absolutely cannot stand
If you could give one piece of style advice, what would it be?
Trust in God and follow your passion
Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? 10 years?
In the next 5-10yrs I hope to be married with kids, have my own line of denim and watch brand and inspire so many other people.
