Coming straight from Switzerland is Saranda Reci.  In-between going to school, working and maintaining her blog Saranda was awesome enough to give us some time.  You can catch her beautiful style on her site and Instagram.  Please make sure to check her out!

When did you launch Fashion Art and what made you decide to get into fashion blogging?

I started SR Fashion Art in August 2015. I think I started it because some people kept asking me, whether I had a fashion blog and why I don’t have one etc. At some point, I thought, okay I can start it slowly…I wasn’t actually really active at the beginning, especially not during I wrote my Master thesis. But since I finished my master’s degree, I’m able to concentrate myself more on my blog, and I love it.

What inspires your style?

I think other people…People I see on the street, people on Instagram, especially people, who don’t go with the flow…more people who do their thing.

How do you stay current with what’s new or in style at the moment?

Especially with Instagram actually…I used to read InStyle etc. but I don’t read it, because Instagram is so fast and easy, I mean you always have it with you.

What are some of the latest fashion trends you love?

I love fishnet, I love ruffles and denim, especially old-looking denim jeans. Oh, and see-through wider tops with a cool bra with stripes.

What are some the latest fashion trends you can NOT stand?

I don’t like the trend to wear your bra as a top tbh. Chiara, does it on her latest picture, with the white sporty bra and denim jeans…I don’t think it is stylish, especially when you wear a low raised jeans and not even a high waisted cool jeans.

Who is your favorite brand/designer?  Do you own any of their designs?

I mean I love Chanel, this is so classic…and I do own two Chanel bags, which I love. But I think Gucci is doing pretty well lately with their bags and shoes. I like Chloe for clothes, but I don’t own any clothes until now. For jewelry, definitively Cartier – The love bracelet is still on my must have list, lol.

What outfit have you worn that most represents your fashion style?

I think it’s this outfit bellow. It’s an easy style with a touch of elegance. I like to layer, what I’m doing here as well. In addition, I combine Zara/H&M clothes with a designer handbag (Chanel) and a Maje coat. I like to mix different styles and love to mix expensive and cheap.

What’s your favorite fashion era from the 21st century?

I think it’s London and Paris. London because, the people there look so different, everybody seems so confident with their styles.

What daily tools and platforms do you use in your blogging routine, for research, promotion, sharing and other?

I use Instagram the most, and of course my website, for which I use WordPress for. I do have a Facebook “fanpage” as well, but I need to be more active on it…

Where do you hope fashion blogging will take you in the future?

To be honest, I didn’t start my blog to earn money with it or something like that, and I’m still not eager to do so, I think it’s important that I love what I do, and that I get positive feedback for it. But I mean I would be lying, when I say I wouldn’t love a cool cooperation with a designer I like :-).
